March 2010
Let me start by saying that I can’t believe it has already been 5 months since my retirement from the WWE. Time has surely flown by but yet not a day goes by that I don’t think about my wonderful memories there and all of you, my amazing incredible fans! You truly mean the world to me and I want to thank you for your continued support.
Leaving the WWE was one of the hardest decisions I had to make because I was I was very close to everyone there and loved my job, but after 10+ years of being on the road it was time to take a break. As many of you already know, I got married one week after my departure and can’t tell you what an amazing feeling it is when you find the right person. I went to Cabo for my honeymoon and then took some time off to be with my friends and family!
Now since the New Year, I have been very busy writing songs for my follow-up album, running my eBay store, which has been so much fun allowing fans into my “closet of goodies”, and attending autograph signings where I have gotten the opportunity to meet many of you face to face! I have also been very busy with other projects that are currently in pre-production so unfortunately I cannot discuss them at this time but I will let you know about them as soon as the time is right!
Until then make sure and follow me on twitter (@LilianGarcia) for my daily updates and join me also on facebook at “Lilian Garcia Official Fan Page.”
For now, take care and Keep Rockin’,

April 2010
Happy April everyone!!
So excited cause spring is finally in the air! Thank God cause this winter in NYC was pretty B.R.U.T.A.L.!!
Anyway, let me start by telling you more about my trip to Miami for the Winter Music Conference. For those of you who don’t know what the WMC is, it’s the largest music industry gathering of its kind in the world! It’s a platform for artists, DJ’s, mixers, and industry delegates from over 62 countries to come together and attend a 5-day, 500-event music conference! To say that is was off the hook this year would be an understatement! I met so many incredible artists, DJ’s, mixers, producer’s and industry people that I was on cloud 9 all week. I was totally in my element and loving every minute of it!
Through out the week, I got to hang out with Mary J. Blige, Kim Sozzi, Randy Jackson, Kimberly Locke & Blake Lewis from American Idol, Sylvia Tosun, Tom Lord-Alge, Luciana, Tom Silverman, The Jumpsmokers, DJ Speed, DJ Stevie B, and the Promo Only gang to name a few! I also got to hang out with “The Riddler” whom I’m working with on some tracks for my new album!!
On one of the nights I had the honor of presenting an award with Producer BT at the 25th Annual IDMA Awards show and it truly was an honor because the winner was the world famous DJ/Producer Tiesto!
Hope you enjoy the photos that I have included of the event!
So on to April! I am heading to LA mid-April and will be meeting with more producers & writers. This is one of my favorite parts of putting my album together cause it gives me a chance to be creative and write with some really amazing talented people!
The other reason I’m going to California is for my signing in Anaheim on April 16, 17 & 18th!! I will be at the Anaheim Convention Center all day for three days so make sure and come by!! Would love to meet you all!!
For now I leave you with one of my favorite says:
Life is not a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a pretty and well preserved body, but rather to skid in broadside, thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and loudly proclaiming—“WOW! WHAT A RIDE!!”
May 2010
Happy May everyone!!
Flowers are fully in bloom and the weather is absolutely gorgeous. Spring is definitely in full swing and so is CHANGE! News flash, I have decided to make a drastic change and move from NYC to California! I will be heading to my new home in Los Angeles on May 16th!!
What made me decide to move and leave beautiful NYC? Well, after being here for 10+ years, I decided change would be good for me. Also, some opportunities have presented themselves in LA that I’m very exciting about, and feel I need to take this leap of faith towards them. I can’t discuss the specifics yet, but will fill you in as soon as I can.
So, as I sit here writing this, boxes surround me and the realism of my move is setting in. Even though I am very excited to start a new chapter, I am also very emotional because NY has been good to me and I love this city very much. I will miss the everyday hustle and bustle, and energy of this place but I know in my heart that I’m making the right decision.
As you all know through my tweets, I have been visiting California quite often lately and every time I am there, I fall in love with the place more and more!
Am I a little scared? Of course! But my motto is to never let fear paralyze me! I have faith that the West Coast will bring me new exciting adventures, and besides, whenever I crave some good pizza, NY is only a flight away!
The best part is that I will be able to be close to my good friends and fellow Divas Candice Michelle and Caryn Mower!! And wait, I just realized that I will also get to hang out with Brie & Nikki Bella, Maryse, Eve & Melina! Wow, this move is sounding better and better every second!!
I look forward to having you all come with me and be by my side on this new journey. I truly love all of you and can’t thank you enough for your continued support!!
As the song goes, “CALIFORNIA, HERE I COME!!”
Take care & keep rockin’,
Forever Rockin,

June 2010
What a difference a month makes! Just last month at this time, I was busy packing boxes and preparing for my move from NYC to California! And let’s just say that packing wasn’t fun. I couldn’t believe everything I had accumulated in 10+ years of living in NY! I donated soooo much that it really made me realize how wasteful I had been and how I had put so much importance in collecting “stuff” when all it did was really bog me down!! Well, not anymore!
I have made my move and the boxes are finally unpacked! I only kept the necessary things and have been busy buying only the essentials to make my new home cozy. In fact, I finally get my couch today and let me tell you how happy I am because my behind was getting rather sore from sitting on the floor…LOL! J
So, let’s talk about my new home of California…I LOVE IT!! This is the first time I have lived out West and I’m truly loving it! Now don’t get me wrong, there are many things I already miss about New York City, especially my friends but overall I was ready for this move. I really feel that change is good and keeps life exciting.
So, what do I like best about LA? THE WEATHER! It is sooooo nice everyday of the week which allows me to be very active outdoors. I love biking, hiking, kayaking, surfing, swimming, boating, rollerblading, volleyball, running, skateboarding, scuba diving & skiing, and I can do all of it here!!! I have already taken some breathtaking bike rides on the beach, gone for some incredible runs & hikes, and eaten at some amazing restaurants. The best part about it is that I already have tons of friends that live here so I have been also busy socializing with them! I can’t tell you how great it was to see Candice Michelle and her new baby girl, AkiAnne Rose!! Sooo precious.
As for my career, things are in full swing! Have had some great meetings with my management team and agency, and have also met with some awesome writers and producers. I promise I will give you more details when the time comes!!
So, May was the month of changes and now June is the month for action! I want to thank all you for taking this ride with me and always supporting me! You are the best rockers ever!!
Take care & keep on rockin’!!
July 2010
Happy July everyone! Can you believe that this year is already half way over?! My how time flies when you are having fun. And I truly am having fun! I have only been in California for 7 weeks and have already found new producers and been busy writing and recording my new album! I can’t tell you how good it feels to be creative again and also work with such a great group of guys! I can’t wait for the project to be ready for all of you to hear!! I don’t know when it will be out yet but believe me, I am working on it as fast as I can. It’s been 2 ½ years since I released my debut album, “¡Quiero Vivir!” and I am soooo ready to drop a new one!!
The other thing that I have been introduced to out here in California is a new way of eating. A lot of you have been asking me on Twitter about my change to a Raw Vegan lifestyle so I have decided to tell you more about it in this blog. First off, how ironic is it that I announced on “Raw” for 10 years and now I am eating Raw! LOL. Seems like it was meant to be. Anyway, it all started when a friend of mine told me about his favorite restaurant in Santa Monica called, Planet Raw. He couldn’t stop raving about it so I decided to try it out. Let’s just say that food never tasted so good. And I couldn’t believe that none of it was cooked! See the philosophy behind Raw Vegan is that our body needs enzymes to break down food properly and when food is heated above 118 degrees Fahrenheit the enzymes are destroyed. It also means not consuming any animal products. Majority of the diet consists of raw vegetables and fruits, nuts and nut pastes, grain and legume sprouts, seeds, plant oils, sea vegetables, herbs and fresh juices. This might not seem very appetizing but trust me when made properly it is amazing. Anyway, I started this new life style by going on a cleanse for 8 days and it was incredible. It consisted of only liquids but the shakes were so full of nutrients that I never felt hungry. I had never been able to get through a cleanse before so I was very proud that I was able to accomplish it. The benefits were amazing as I feel better then ever. I highly recommend everyone becoming Raw Vegan as it has proven to be a much better way to nourish ourselves. I got a lot of great recipes from the book “RAW” by Juliano who happens to be the owner of “Planet Raw”.
Well, that’s enough about food. I think I made you all hungry didn’t I….LOL. Thanks for checking out my blog and check back next month to see what new adventure I get into.
For now, take care and keep rockin!
Forever Rockin’,

Welcome to August!!!
This month happens to be my favorite month of the year! You ask why? Well it’s because it’s my birthday month!!!! Yes, I am a LEO and I still get very excited about birthdays!!! In fact, I’m like a kid around them! See, for me birthdays represent the fact that I have been fortunate enough to live another year in this amazing life! It also gives me the opportunity to reflect and look forward to another great year ahead!!!
So when your birthday rolls around this year, I say, CELEBRATE IT AND DO IT BIG!! Don’t get caught up in the negativity of growing older. Age can bring a lot of good lessons, so embrace it. And more then anything, remember that age is just a number and only represents how many years you have been on earth! Nothing more!
More importantly, don’t use age as an excuse not to do something. You’re only categorizing and limiting yourself! Instead, always introduce new challenges and strive for your dream! Remember, the only time you are ever too old to do something is when you are dead and in a coffin! UNTIL THEN, LIVE, LIVE, LIVE!!! LIVE LIFE TO THE FULLEST!!!
So, that is why on August 19th you will find me full of smiles and drinking the cup of LIFE!!!
Keep Rockin!
Lilian
